what is palo alto ace certiifcation?

Palo Alto Networks Certification - Certified Arbitration Expert (ACE)

overview
The ACE (Certified Installation Engineer) test tests your knowledge of the key features and functions of the next generation of Palo Alto Networks firewalls. The ACE exam is web-based and consists of 72 multiple choice questions. The test has no time and you can take it back as many times as necessary to get a passed score.
advantages
Passing the ACE test shows that you have the basics to successfully configure Palo Alto Networks firewalls using the PAN operating system. The exam also serves as an exam aid to prepare you for the CNSE certification. Finally, the ACE test is a prerequisite for access to the migration device.
ACE test targets
The main goal of the ACE test is to be an objective indicator of your ability to configure Palo Alto Networks firewalls using the PAN operating system. To pass the ACE exam, you need both institutional knowledge and expert knowledge of PAN-OS configuration.
Re-certification requirements
There are no requirements for re-certification for you. The ACE certification is currently linked to a dedicated PAN-OS version. For example, the ACE 5.0 test is based on PAN-OS version 5.0. Participants may have re-certification requirements.
