IT technicians to manage, monitor and improve our IT systems and also ensure
that the system is properly configured and functioning efficiently. Activities
for IT technicians will include installing software patches, diagnosing and
solving problems, monitoring networks, correcting server errors, resolving hard
disk failures, configuring software and drivers, l performing regular system
updates, promoting data security, managing workstations and writing reminders
on best computer practices. Your exceptional technological expertise and
knowledge of the IT infrastructure will help our organization improve
efficiency, achieve key metrics, improve customer service and ensure that our
IT systems are optimized for daily operations.
The ideal candidate for this role must have superior problem
solving skills, extensive technical knowledge, strong communication skills,
good task management and critical thinking skills. Ultimately, technically
talented IT technicians need to improve system efficiency, monitor and improve
network security, provide timely technical support and introduce new
