Computer user support specialists (or help desk technicians)
help individual employees solve computer problems. By talking to workers who
don't have an IT background, specialists avoid jargon as they ask questions to
diagnose a computer problem and then guide users through the steps to fix the
problem. In addition, they install and repair computer equipment and train
users on new hardware and software.
